Been dealing with these guys for about 2 years now on the same several thousand dollar ring always get a good deal last time I asked for a favor which a favor means a favor and then they added another $475 on top of what I had to get my ring out on will never ever come here again and then they acted like I lied about what they said never ever again
I came in with a few expensive items only needing $10 for gas and (I wish so badly I could remember his name) that man gave me the $10 and said, “I’m not going to take advantage of your situation sir. Just pay it forward.” He let me keep my items!!! What an act of kindness! I’m so humbled and I hope this business remains as a model to others. People are more important than money to this business.
I am truly shocked that they are not like the rest of the pawn shops they are hands down amazing folks I don't normally have to go to places like that but the times I have been I felt so disappointed and like I was someone off the streets and just something I am not everyone has hard times and if u ever do please let them be your first place to go he gave me more than I ever expected and my lights and water was able to stay on and that's a blessing he knows what he is doing and he didn't take my stuff to give me pennies back he gave me exact value of it back so please see them and his wife girlfriend and folks who was in there made great conversation and didn't discriminate at all go see them it's worth it
Visiting on multiple occasions, customer service has always been top notch-both when selling and/or purchasing. The atmosphere is welcoming and honest. Randy and his staff are great to do business with. I highly recommend anyone visit here first!
I found a listing for a bracelet on Facebook Marketplace that I loved. Miss Casey was a dream to work with. Ended up having a blast going through all of the cases and purchasing 17 more things to go along with the bracelet. Will for sure be back!
