I called everyday for about 4 days trying to ship a firearm from Fort Riley, Kansas to my 84 year old father in Alabama. They gave me just about every excuse to not let the transaction happen. As a retired Senior Non-Commission Officer, I can not understand how a business don’t want any business. I went on the internet and found a different company with a FFL and it took less than five minutes. I do not recommend this place to my dog less than a person. No professionalism at all, there once was a Military base in that area which closed down years ago. God help the people who use this facility for what ever reason. Poor customer service.
