We visited The Perfect 10 while in Skagway this summer. We loved the owners and the vibe of the store. They had a sign that said "No Pressure" and that is originally why we went in. It can be difficult to even look in stores just because the sales people are so pushy. We found great conversation and absolutely no pressure to buy. When we asked questions, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I have a candle that I bought there and every time I smell it, it makes me think of this wonderful store and friendly owners and staff. They're not on the cruise shopping map because they are a small family business, but they are definitely worth the stop!
I pray that you please come back soon or make contact with your customer. I have an inquiry about a ring I purchased in May 2025 with a large northern -lights stone. The ring is tarnishing in less than 60 days. Please respond.
Was told the ring I bought was silver with a jade stone. The “silver” rubbed off in less than a week to reveal a copper like metal underneath. $175 for a fake rink. I also bought a necklace $150 to match!
I purchased a beautiful "glacial ice" ring from this store. I was so happy to support this small family business and highly recommend them. The ring I purchased was designed by the attendant's sister, Annie. I've never seen anything like it and feel that it is such a unique piece to remember my trip to Alaska with. I don't know if anyone from the business will ever read or respond to this review but if you do, I have two follow up questions: 1) Can you remind me of the gemstone type so that I can tell people what it is when they ask? 2) Would you ever consider doing mail orders?
