Avoid this business! Very nice young men, very courteous and we gave them 50% for a chair, nearly $1000. This was in September during our vacation. Free delivery to California in October was promised. Have not heard one word from them, and I tried many phone numbers, emails, websites. Now they can deal with the fraud department of my credit card. Did I say AVOID?
Bought a ring while on a cruise and the main stone popped off a few months later. My emails and phone calls were ignored.
Honestly this store doesn’t even deserve one star. The guy ran our credit card five times without telling us and charged for a chain without telling us the price. He then wanted to take a copy of our credit card so he could run it yet again, we should have never walked into this store. Buyers Beware!
We had a lovely visit to the Golden Bear jewelry & fine collectibles gallery in Skagway Alaska. The proprietor Nick was gracious and kind, generous with information and words of inspiration. We will remember our visit to his lovely gallery.
Had a good experience at this place. Stopped in while on a cruise stop. Wife saw a ring she liked. It didn’t fit so the guys sized her. Had it re-sized. Shipped it to my house. Arrived a few weeks later. They kept tracking number and shared with me . Nice guys , good service. No issues.
