Deepak was great. We'll be back for sure. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful.

Sonjie, Depak, and Andrew were all incredible! They helped my mom and I pick out matching rings that we will cherish always. If you are looking for kind knowledgeable customer service you will find it at Miners Gem. Thanks guys!

All staff has been incredibly gracious and kind. The jewelry I purchased is gorgeous! I highly recommend visiting Miner's Gem! 😁🛳❤️🎉🎉

Wonderful selection and service! Update, I've now received my appraisals, and I'm even more convinced that I purchased jewelry from the most honest and caring, knowledgeable and experienced jewelers in Alaska. I've never bought "real" jewelry before, and after reading reviews on TripAdvisor, I was nervous. I don't honestly know if I got a "good deal." What I know is I was treated with respect and kindness, and I have a ring, bracelet, earrings, and a pendant which I will joyfully wear for the rest of my life (and then, hand down to my daughters). I didn't feel pressured. I felt heard. Great experience, all around!

i stopped in the store in Ketchikan to look for a a specific ring and ended up looking at a tanzanite right that I loved. I spoke with Abhi - he was great showed me the ring, gave me a price that was 1/2 of Effy on the Cunard Queen Elizabeth was quoting for a similar ring. ,He explained the financing options and then got Deepak to come in and offer more information on the ring. In the process they were friendly and helpful and incredibly professional. I picked out one ring, but, in the process, saw another that I truly fell in love with but brushed it off because I assumed it was too expensive.. Deepak offered me a good price that countered - and he then countered back - we finally met in the middle and I ended up buying the ring. The ring is GIA certified, which really gave me a good amount of confidence in the purchase. I also had a higher level of trust knowing that their initial offer on the first ring was much lower than Effy quoted me on a similar ring. I also did a quick look at and their Trip Advisor and Google Reviews which were amazing - so that boosted my confidence also. Deepak gave me very favorable financing terms and I bough the ring. They sized it in an hour. They were such nice guys. So happy I didn't buy from Effy and found this place.
