I recently visited this shop while on a cruise out of Seattle. I stopped in when a friend went knife shopping and as I looked around the people there assisted me at looking at some other items and I ended up buying a knife aswell. I got back on the boat and I wish I had bought another as a gift so I called from the boat and not only did they assist me in getting another knife ordered they also kept me very informed up until it was delivered via USPS in Texas. Awesome customer service and love the above and beyond attitude I got from every person I met or spoke with. Would love to come back soon!
We bought a Christmas ornament when we were in Juneau. The ornament was shipped to us in Ohio. Arrived safe and looks beautiful. Thanks for shipping this to us with such great care.
Visited this store while on a recent cruise. Very nice store with great selection of souvenirs. Specifically wanted a small totem pole for my bookshelf and found a lovely one at a great price. The sales clerk, Lauree, was cheerful and friendly. Highly recommend this store
