I was visiting in May on an Alaskan cruise & called in to the shop after looking around I found a nice ring & bought it as it was my 60 th birthday I payed I bit more then I would normally on a piece of jewellery well away from home .after about 3 months 4or 5 small stones fell out so I contacted the store & they sorted it out & eventually they sent me a new ring ,made me a very happy lady thanks for your help great customer service 5 *

What a great experience! Henry his wife and staff are amazing! Bought two beautiful pieces. Customer service is outstanding emailed when I got home about some paperwork I needed and Henry responded right away and emailed what I needed within 24 hours! I purchased an almost $350 ring from them. In less than 24 hours I lost two stones and the whole thing cracked in half. They refunded me for the ring , the jeweler did not add silver when he sized it , which that’s what they are suppose to do . They fired their jeweler , that’s not the product they like to give their customers. The they also are sending me another ring. When I was there they were all so nice and same goes over the phone , I have never received such good customer service ! I highly recommend visiting them while in Juneau .

My mom and I spent the day in Juneau! Toured the city and did some shopping. We stumbled upon Gem Palace! The reality is in the name. They are a Gem!! Henry and his wife along with the other associates are kind, friendly, welcoming and most importantly they show they care! It was a hot day and my mom, almost 91 years old had worn too many layers. We stopped in front of their store to take some layers off. Henry’s wife invited us in so she could cool down in the a/c and offered her water. They were impressed with my mom’s physical well being and still smart wit! We decided to look at a few things. My mom found a beautiful amethyst ring, I bought a bracelet for my daughter and some pearl earrings for my daughter in law! Henry the owner wanted me to get hoop or dangle earrings so badly because I was a challenge! My whole life my ears have been flat against my head and I’ve NEVER been able to wear hoops or straight dangles because they point outward, not hang nicely down. I was Henry’s challenge.. he tried all sorts of earrings and tricks/tips to no avail! I had a great time, my mom loved the store and the family! You want BEAUTIFUL jewelry at every price point, fair and honest… go the Gem Palace. You will not be disappointed!’ We will be back next year and they will be our first stop in Juneau! Best service ever! Purchased the most beautiful diamond pieces from him last year. As gifts from my generous husband. And we came back this year for my husband to buy some more! Very fair prices for unique one of a kind pieces. I will be enjoying these pieces for years to come. Will be buying future pieces from him. His is a must-see store! Make sure you stop in there.

He took the time to understand our likes, dislikes, and personal preferences, which made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personalized. We also had the pleasure of meeting his wonderful family while browsing, which added a warm and welcoming touch. I don’t usually shop for jewelry for myself, but Henry showed me some truly unique pieces that I genuinely loved. He and his wife went above and beyond to help both me and my wife find beautiful items that perfectly matched our individual styles.
