Stopped in the store while in port. Was asked what I was looking for very specific earrings. My sales lady said I think I may have a pair in storage because store had just opened or remodeling. She was gone 10-15 minutes and returned with exactly what I was looking for. After searching several stores at 2 ports. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended

Aurora has beautiful jewelry pieces. The young ladies we worked with were very hospitable, polite knowledgeable. Roger, the boss, was very easy to work with & willing to compromise with us. Would definitely revisit Aurora!!

Awesome jewelry store. Their staff is amazing, very knowledgeable, no high pressure to purchase and the pricing is very reasonable. I bought two different pieces of jewelry for what the cost of one would have cost me at home. Highly recommend this family owned store.

The quality is exceptional, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite pieces—truly unique and beautifully crafted. A special shoutout to Jeff, who went above and beyond to help me out. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process effortlessand pleasant. His genuine care and attention made all the difference.

It was amazing working and sharing information with all of Aurora staff. Sesili was marvelously wonderful. Roger when above and beyond to make us happy with our purchases. Elen was kind beyond words and treated my wife like a queen. We are leaving the store with smiles for miles and the feeling of have met new friends with excellent customer service. If you want to try other jewelers places, feel free, but you owe it to yourself to stop at Aurora and you will be more than overjoyed that you did.
